My fitness journey

I began my fitness journey in August of 2016. Like how some of you may have, I felt lost and did not know what to do or how to do it. I was extremely insecure to the point I did not even want to be seen in public and my health was going downhill fast. I tried diet after diet and time and time again the results were the same. Failure


That is when I decided to take action and make a change for myself, the right way. I did not “go on a diet”, I changed the way I lived reconsidered my whole purpose.


I lost over 120 lbs in under a year through resistance training and proper nutrition. I have been passionate about fitness ever since and I have made it my life mission to help others find success on their journey as well without feeling like you have to starve yourself or give up the foods you love.
